To launch our new business we teamed up with the beautiful Rowena from Picnics By Design to create an afternoon treat for some of our close friends. We wanted to showcase what it would be like to have a private party picnic with a creative workshop. The activity was a Dried Botanical Drawing Workshop run by Jordan and myself (Morgan). After a few days spent organising, designing and styling we produced a wonderful display using Picnics by Designs furniture and props and Open Hands dried flowers. We like to think of our theme as Autumn Afternoon with a hint of Boho.
Our location was an autumn tree landscape on Mounts Bay Road underneath Kings Party, where there was a sea of orange leaves. We sat under a tree, ate some cheese, had some drinks and enjoyed drawing in the outdoors. The beautiful photography was done by 'Taylor Mitchell Photography' who was a pleasure to work with!
