Our Creative Community
Open Hands Creative was founded in 2019 in Perth, Western Australia. It was born from a passion for Art & Sustainability. Our mission is to help people unlock + uphold their creativity, through sustainable arts and craft practices.
We specialise in adult art classes, but they aren’t your typical sip & paint workshops.
We provide unique experiences that focus on protecting our planet.
We are known for our welcoming environment, exceptional level of service and open teaching techniques.
We hold space for people to express their individuality through artistic practices.
We offer these in our weekly public workshops, or we can curate an experience for private parties and corporate events.
We love exploring a variety of projects. Life drawing sessions, community murals, Fringe events and drawing installations, to name a few. We are currently building an online store, where you can buy all your eco art supplies from one place!

We believe everyone is creative, it is all about unlocking that creativity and upholding it. Through our community you can discover and explore safely with your hands, with your mind and with your soul. We provide a comfortable environment where your creativity can flourish.
It is all about balance. Put a little bit of time aside each day for creativity and watch your passion grow.
Creativity comes in many forms; we hope our classes help you find a craft that excites you!
Sustainability
Everything we do, we do through an eco-conscious lens. Not only do we try not to damage mother earth further, but we start the process of healing and restoring. Within this business we celebrate nature and reconnect with our planet on a day-to-day basis.
We are a member of 1% for the Planet, which means 1% of our annual sales are donated to non-profit organisations focused on helping the environment.
